Founded in 1999, Peace Offerings Inc. is a privately owned, family run consulting firm based in Florida and incorporated as an S Corporation. As a woman and veteran owned business led by Mr. Dana and Dr. Lora Reed, we bring more than twenty years of trusted experience helping organizations grow with purpose, clarity, and measurable impact.
Our work centers on the development of leaders, followers, and the organizations they serve. Through our Consultation Services, Creative Spaces, and Learning Spaces, we design and deliver mentoring programs, custom training, curriculum solutions, and innovative tools that strengthen capacity and support long‑term success.
